Need some expert puppy/kitten neonatal advice, but too far away to schedule a home visit? Time is of the essence! A phone consultation will allow us to go through your puppy or kitten's circumstances, and allow me to assess what measures we can put into place to get them back on track.
If you still have any questions after our consultation you can send me whatsapp messages for more advice! We can also schedule a video chat or home visit if you would prefer this for situations where a visual assessment is required (such as when assessing the vigour of a neonate, explaining how to tube feed safely)
Please note- A Registered Veterinary Nurse is not a substitute for your Vet. Veterinary Nurses cannot diagnose nor dispense medication for your pet. The RCVS regulations ensure that Veterinary Nurses cannot perform schedule 3 procedures outside of working in a veterinary practice. There may be circumstances where your puppy or kitten needs referring to the attention of a Veterinary Surgeon rather than a Veterinary Nurse. I am more than willing to liaise with your vet with regards to a treatment plan, I understand some vets are not as willing to implement certain treatments for neonates without encouragement. and evidence that supports the benefits of such treatments.
