Whelping/Queening Service

Having a litter of puppies or kittens can be a lovely experience, but there are many things that can go wrong during the birthing and rearing process which can be daunting. If you need someone knowlegable to monitor the birth, make sure everything is running smoothly and give those struggling newborns a helping hand into the world, that's me!

Handrearing

With almost 15 years of handrearing experience, I have reared many orphans in my spare time and more through volunteering at rescue centres. I am always willing to offer advice, supplies and practical help should anyone wish me to rear for them. Please take wild orphaned animals to a wildlife hospital.

Pregnancy Ultrasound Scanning

£30

I offer a mobile ultrasound scanning service so your "mother to be" can stay at home where she feels most relaxed. Ultrasound scanning is a great way to confirm pregnancy and can be performed around 30-35 days after mating. I have also undertaken extra training by completing an pregnancy scanning certificate for dogs and cats, which has been approved by the Animal Ultrasound Association.

Microchipping

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, I am able to offer a mobile microchipping service. So you can stay at home with your animals and I'll come to you! My microchips are "My Pet" chips, these are a DEFRA approved microchipping company who I am proud to recommend. Their microchips are easy to implant (just like an injection when animals have their vaccinations.) Price- £15 for one animal, £13 for two and £12 for 3 or more (clients that book additional services will get a further 10% discount.)

  • FREE microchip registration
  • No effort- I register the microchips for you
  • FREE change of details for life!

Pet Sitting

Some pets don't cope well in boarding facilties, staying in their own home can provide a much nicer alternative. I often receive messages from owners when they come home to say their animals do not seem to have minded them being away. This is what I hope for as I really do see myself as an Auntie who can spoil them whilst you're away.
